Reviews and Ratings
I had a lovely weekend at the hotel. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable, making our stay very enjoyable. The staff were friendly and welcoming, but there was a slight issue when we had to wait outside in the cold. The location was fantastic, close to everything we needed, although there was an unexpected additional charge that caught us off guard. The dining experience was superb, setting us up for the day, but the deposit refund process left a negative impression.
The hotel was ok for a one-night stay, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was lovely. The service was efficient and helpful, but it would have been nicer to be greeted upon arrival. The location was convenient, right on the seafront, with lucky parking opportunities at the back. The dining experience was really nice with plenty of variety. The overall stay was decent with some areas for improvement in service.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was perfect, right on the seafront and very central, making it easy to enjoy the surroundings. However, the cramped room and small bathroom, along with the issues with the shared balcony, made it less enjoyable. The staff were excellent though, very accommodating and friendly, despite the room size not matching the price tag.
